Monday, July 12th, 2010

tsa-tsa

Celia, Earth Sanctuary’s caretaker, needs help painting some Tsa Tsa’s that are going to go into the Earth Sanctuary stupa.  Refreshments will be served.

This will 1:00 to  3:00 pm on Sunday, July 18 at Celia’s house near Earth Sanctuary. Email Celia at celia@earthsanctuary.org if you can come and to get directions to her house.

There are enormous spiritual benefits to helping with a stupa.  Please come if you can!  Tsa Tsa’s are easy to paint – We have a lot of them and really need help.

stupa-ceremony1

The blessing ceremony for the Earth Sanctuary stupa got front page coverage in our local South Whidbey Record news paper. Thank you H.H. Jigdal Dagchen Sakya and all the lamas and monks who participated in the beautiful and inspiring ceremony, as well as all who helped in some way. We circumambulated the future stupa yesterday and it feels like the stupa is already there.
